3. Your profile

Are you directly or indirectly involved in the following processes:

Training program:

Your DevOps engineers, Dev engineers, Ops engineers, or other employees in IT would like to further professionalize themselves in the field of monitoring. To this end we need a personal approach. To this end, this training offers a broad spectrum of options to go through the entire lifecycle of the monitor facility from need, architecture, design and management of the monitor facility.

Development process improvement trajectory:

You have already introduced DevOps and your colleagues have already obtained a number of certificates. However, there are aspects of the system development process that have not been properly developed, which means that productivity is not optimal. Using the monitor requirement checklist, you can determine which aspects of the monitor facility have not yet been fully developed and you can make a selection of the best practices that will lead to an improvement of the monitor facility.

Tender:

You are working with another party and want to know to what level the risks of service provision are guaranteed by the monitoring facility, ergo where are the gaps, should they be closed and if so how… In your SLA you have made agreements about the quality standards to be achieved such as availability, performance and security and perhaps even in the format of an XLA. Now you want to know whether the standards are being met and defects are being repaired. You can determine this based on the monitor layer model and the monitor CE assessment. It is important that you have at least basic knowledge of IT.
