1. How to attend this masterclass

The Continuous Planning Masterclass teaches you in a simple and structured manner how you can compose a product vision, product roadmap and product backlog in order to realise your products and services in an Agile manner.
The business case and the architectural principles and models of continuous planning are discussed, after which the different steps of the continuous planning value stream are explained.
The training also includes a Continuous Planning assessment to find out which specific topics are to be addressed in your own environment.
After the Masterclass you will know how to shape a vision statement, product roadmap and product backlog.
After following the Continuous Planning masterclass, you have the opportunity to take a Continuous Planning exam.
The training also includes the Continuous Planning Assessment, which can be used to identify specific topics that require more attention in your own environment.
